Design thinking process utilizes four questions:
- What is? The first step in the process help us to asses current reality and explore what problems customers experience.
- What if? The second step leads us to exploration of future possibilities. Tools as mind mapping, structured brainstorming or concept development help to develop robust concepts that are worth testing.
- What wows? This question assesses concepts of new business opportunities. The 'wow' usually means that someone wants our service/ product, we are able to create and deliver it and as a result, we are achieving our goals.
- What works? The last step focuses on how to test our product/ service in the marketplace by conducting experiments, prototyping or learning launch.
The course also attempts to answer questions as how can we prepare ourselves to be leaders of innovation and how can we use design thinking to generate and test ideas.
