Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence
Leadership is not only about command - great leaders create deep emotional connections with other people, called resonance. They lead through mindfulness, hope, compassion, and playfulness.
The course examines ways of how to develop "resonant leadership" capability and emotional intelligence, using the latest research in neuroscience and psychology.
It focuses on questions as what is great leadership, renewal and antidote of chronic stress, emotional, social, and cognitive intelligence competencies. You will be encouraged to think about people and relationships that inspired you, discuss how to coach with compassion and peer coaching, how to inspire change through hope and vision, develop shared vision for teams and organisation and at last what is The Real self versus Faux self.

Introduction to Public Speaking
Another course I've signed up is all about how to get confidence when speaking to public, which is nightmare to almost everyone I know.
Although I've delivered bunch of presentations, training and workshops, I am nervous before every single presentation I give, even when it is just about Czech Easter traditions in my Portuguese language class.
This course promise to teach you to draft arguments more clearly and persuasively, improve the quality of your speech and presentation and in general boost your confidence when you speak to the crowd.
How could I possibly miss such course?
